YOU’RE INVITED!

BUILDING SCIENCE EVENT

We would like to invite you to a special Building Science Event where we will explore two essential topics that are often overlooked in building design: Principles of Acoustics and Addressing Thermal Bridging in Exterior Wall Assemblies.

The first 1-hour session will cover the principles of acoustics and the importance of acoustical performance in building design. We will discuss the latest trends and techniques in building acoustics, including noise reduction, sound insulation, and soundproofing. Our speaker will share their knowledge and experience in designing buildings that provide superior acoustical performance, ensuring that occupants can enjoy a quiet and peaceful environment.

The second 1-hour session will focus on addressing thermal bridging in exterior wall assemblies. We will discuss the negative impact that thermal bridging can have on a building’s energy efficiency, and explore the latest solutions
to this problem. Our speaker will showcase the benefits of using high-performance insulation materials such as Owens Corning® Thermafiber® Mineral Wool, FOAMULAR® NGX™, and PINK NEXT GEN™ FIBERGLAS®, and how they can help to minimize thermal bridging, reduce energy
consumption and lower heating and cooling costs.
